I understand that by sending this Entry Form, I enter into a contract with the Keizer Art Association (KAA). I release KAA from all liability associated with my Art/Booth when participating in the Fair. KAA may use my artwork and pictures associated with my artwork in KAA promotions or advertising. If art is sold, the artist will receive 100% of the sale price. KAA reserves the right to not allow artwork it deems unsuitable for the event. We reserve the right to refuse any art piece that does not meet the family friendly standard of Keizer Art Association.

Artist grants the right to the City of Keizer to photograph, film, videotape, or otherwise record or depict Artist’s property at any time during exhibition of Artist’s property at the Fair to use for the purpose of promotion of the the City, KeizerFest, Keizer Riverwalk Art Fair, and small fundraising projects to supplement the public art program.

Electronic Signatures. Each party agrees that this Agreement and any other documents to be delivered in connection herewith may be electronically signed, and that any electronic signatures appearing on this Agreement or such other documents are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.

Celebrating Oregon Artists

The public is invited to visit this free 2026 Riverwalk Art Fair May 15, 16, 17, 2026. This is a great event featuring Oregon artists. Original art created by outstanding artists will be on display and available for purchase.

There will also be a free childrens hands-on art-activity booth this year where visitors can work on art projects with the help of local artists.

Live art demos and entertainment will also be ongoing during the Fair.

Greetings Oregon Artists, Keizer Art Association, in partnership with the Keizer Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to participate in the annual Riverwalk Art Fair.

This event coincides with the long-standing KeizerFest in the lovely Keizer Rapids Park. Artist vendor spaces will be along the shaded and paved walk by the Willamette River which is a short walk from the hustle and bustle of KeizerFest.

Set up is on May 14, 2026 - 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

The fair is on May 15, 16 and 17, 2026.

Hours on Friday and Saturday are 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Sunday hours are 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Load out on Sunday begins at 4:00 pm.

Artists’ booths must be occupied during the full hours stated above. There will be no early takedown.

Open to all Oregon resident artists with their own original artwork and reproductions.
Multiple artists may share space upon approval.
10 x 10 booth space is along a paved pathway.
Booths must have four-sided walls and must have staight weighted legs.
Security will be provided.
Booth fees are $150 including $25 application fee, any cancellations must be made by May 1 ($25 application fee is non-refundable).
No commission on sales.
